Charizard

San-ei-boeki.co makes detailed plush toys that are still cute. The toy has shorter plush fibers (not as soft as Takara Tomy), but that makes the details stand out. Compared to Takara Tomy, it has less detail, but it is more cute.
What was surprising was that the San-Ei Charizard was nicer than the Takara Tomy one. Thanks to the shorter plush fiber, it has nicer horns and head shapes (details around the snout) and paws. The Takara Tomy one has at least the same details on the head (more detailed) than the San-Ei one, but thanks to the length of the plush fibers, many details are lost. However, the Takara Tomy one has an amazingly pleasant and soft plush to the touch
