Great customer service

Order arrived fully intact and pristine.

Pros: The package was quite secure. The exterior and interior had bubble wrap, and the exterior had several "Fragile" stickers. I appreciated both of these components very much (I had never seen bubble wrap on the exterior! very nice).

Cons: One of the boxes was badly damaged. Additionally, the weapon that the figure can hold / carry on her shoulder was bent. When I tried to adjust it, it broke. I'm not sure if this was simply poor manufacturing or partly due to the damage of the box.

Beyond this, the prices seem okay and the customer service is top-notch. I would say that the damaged box would bother those who display figures in their packaging, but for me, so long as it's brand new with the original seals, I can overlook some damage to the figure's box.
