Are you still shipping orders?

The Corona Virus Pandemic has caused many countries to take measures such stopping acceptance of inbound postal items from Japan.

Update 14th October 2021 : USA, Australia, Canada, Italy still under restriction, We will let you know about last news on this page. ( please check others country on link below )

USA accept EMS shipping method but still does not accept AIR at the moment.

Will my items be delayed?

Although packages are still leaving our warehouse as usual, external factors such as tightened customs scrutiny, as well as local government lockdowns will likely affect the delivery time. We will continue to monitor the situation very closely and provide updates where possible.
