Celebrate the 4th anniversary of the ONE PIECE Card Game with The World's Strongest Warriors [OP-17], a Japanese booster release from Bandai.

OP-17 brings the card game to the Elbaf arc, featuring the Straw Hat Pirates in their Elbaf outfits alongside a lineup of powerful characters from across the ONE PIECE story.

A major theme of the set is the Four Emperors, who appear as new Leader cards together with numerous members of their respective pirate crews.

The set also marks the ONE PIECE Card Game debut of the legendary pirate Rocks D. Xebec, who once led Edward Newgate, Charlotte Linlin and Kaido before they later became some of the world's most powerful pirates.

Each sealed Japanese booster box contains 24 packs, with 6 Japanese-language cards randomly enclosed in each pack.
