Restaurants are represented on the ground floor, while the building walls come pre-painted and the window sashes feature printed detailing. Greenmax also enhances the scene with shop signs and interior scenery stickers.

A newly produced sticker sheet is included with signage, food displays, bunting flags, noren, posters, a ticket vendor, blinds, an air conditioner unit, fire equipment, a mailbox, and other architectural details. Wall panels and glass sections can be rearranged to change the position of the exterior windows. Assembly, adhesives, tools, paints, and extra parts must be obtained separately.
