Japan Figure Great Customer Support

I purchased the Azusa E353 starter train set by Kato, beautiful set. However, I received it damaged and Japan Figure customer support sent a call tag to have it returned and receive full refund, which I’ll use to get another one as such.
I gave this review a 4 star because I received it damaged, otherwise I would give Japan Figure 5 stars.
I purchased two other trains and tracks with no issues. I’m very happy with this website for obtaining good quality Japanese products 😃
