Bandai Dragon Ball Super Card Game Fusion World The Saiyan Raised on Earth [FS13]

Start playing Dragon Ball Super Card Game Fusion World with The Saiyan Raised on Earth [FS13], an official Japanese Starter Deck from Bandai.

The deck includes a complete 51-card pre-constructed deck, allowing players to begin playing immediately without building a deck from booster packs first. It also comes with an Energy Marker set, a combined play sheet and rule manual, and 1 bonus pack.

FS13 contains 1 Leader card type, 13 Common card types and 4 Super Rare card types. The Japanese edition releases on December 12, 2026, alongside The Prince of Saiyan [FS14] and booster set REACH THE GOD [FB12].

FS13 is a standard Fusion World Starter Deck rather than an EX Starter Deck.

Recent EX Starter Decks such as FS11 and FS12 were priced at ¥2,640, while FS13 is priced at ¥1,650, making it a more compact entry point into the current Fusion World lineup.

It also launches in the same December 2026 product wave as FS14 and FB12, making it easy for players to expand the deck with cards released at the same time.

One bonus pack is officially included with every FS13 Starter Deck.

Bandai has not yet published the exact card pool, rarity structure or guaranteed contents of the FS13 bonus pack on the official Japanese product page.

The product page therefore should not claim specific parallel cards, foil cards or guaranteed chase cards unless Bandai releases additional details before launch.

As of September 30, 2026, Bandai Japan confirms:

• official product/package visual
• 51-card deck
• 1 Leader / 13 Common / 4 Super Rare card types
• Energy Marker set
• play sheet / rule manual
• bonus pack
• December 12 release

However, a complete FS13 card list has not yet been published on the official Japanese card database, so I would not add individual card names or effects to the PDP yet.

Bandai also confirmed on September 26 that FS13 will be one of the five Starter Decks supported in the upcoming official Fusion World Combat Navigator teaching app, scheduled for Japan in December 2026. This is useful contextual information, but I would not make it a major selling point on the product page.
