That is why we officially launched the Japan Figure Discord Community in September 2026! We built this server to give collectors a dedicated home to stay connected. Instead of constantly checking multiple platforms for news, restocks, or order support, you can now access live drop alerts, exclusive member perks, order tracking tools, and a global collector community - all in one place.

The Japan Figure Discord is organized to make it easy to find the information or community space you need. From official announcements and collector discussions to discounts, product requests, order tracking, and new figure updates, each section of the server has a specific purpose.

For trading card collectors, #tcg-talk is the place to discuss Japanese TCG releases, new sets, pulls, collections, upcoming products, and cards you are currently looking for.

Want to do more than chat? #event is where Japan Figure runs community activities such as votes, minigames, giveaways, anniversary activities, special campaigns, and other server events.

If you are mainly here for savings, this is the section to watch.

Instead of searching through the store for every campaign, you can check this channel for active promotions and their relevant offer details. It also supports Discord's Follow feature.

After placing an order

The server can also help once your order is on the way.

If you need help with a specific Japan Figure order, use #order-support to contact the team privately.

Click Open a Ticket to create a private support ticket and connect directly with the Japan Figure team. Have your order number ready when opening the ticket so the team can identify your purchase and assist you more quickly.

This channel is the best place for order-specific issues such as missing parcels, incorrect deliveries, address problems, long delays, or other cases that require private order details.

For your privacy, do not post your full name, address, phone number, email, or other personal information on the public tracking channel.

Tracking information comes from the carrier, so a newly completed scan may sometimes take a little time to appear.

Product updates

Collectors who do not want to miss the next release or restock will probably spend plenty of time here.

It is a useful way to discover upcoming products without having to search the store every day.

Waiting for something that sold out?

#restock-alerts keeps you updated when popular or previously unavailable products return to stock.

You can use notification roles to follow the restock alerts that matter to you, helping you react quickly without receiving updates for products you are not interested in.

Found something that is not working as expected, or have an idea that could make the experience better? The server gives members a direct place to share both.
