Regarding the figurine, nothing to complain about, it is perfect and really beautiful.
The packaging for transport is neat even if on arrival a corner of the box is slightly bent, but not a big deal.
Correct delivery time.
My only remark is for the additional shipping costs and customs fees.
Even if it is written in the shipping policy, it is not cool to receive an email for additional shipping costs (package finally bigger than expected, how is it possible?) and have to pay customs taxes upon receipt.
It would be nice if this was recalled at the time of ordering with an estimate of the expected additional costs to have a real idea of the final price of the figurine at the time of purchase.
