Customer service was excellent and teh team worked around the Canada Post strike in Canada to try and get the item to me in time for Christmas. Proactive communication and quick shipment considering it got here and was sent back and they managed to get it out quickly again through another carrier and sent it again (sent twice) and in time for Christmas.
