SEGA Hatsune Miku FIGURIZMα Punk! 20×23cm Prize Figure

Hatsune Miku takes on a bold alternate look in the SEGA FIGURIZMα Punk! Prize Figure. Based on an original illustration by Riichu, this release reimagines Miku with punk-inspired styling while preserving her instantly recognizable character silhouette.

The figure translates Riichu’s artwork into a dynamic fixed-pose composition, using the movement of Miku’s long twin-tails, costume details, and body posture to create an energetic display from multiple viewing angles. Rather than relying on large environmental effects, the design places the focus on Miku herself and the distinctive personality of the Punk! concept.

With an overall size of approximately 20 × 23 cm, the figure offers a noticeable shelf presence while retaining the accessible format of SEGA’s prize figure lineup. It forms part of the FIGURIZMα series, which emphasizes expressive character presentation through sculpting, finishing, coloring, and composition.

The Punk! version stands apart from Hatsune Miku’s standard costume and many of her seasonal interpretations by building the entire figure around Riichu’s original alternate design. The styling gives Miku a stronger, more rebellious visual identity while retaining the hairstyle and character features that make her immediately recognizable.

As a FIGURIZMα release, the figure is conceived as a complete fixed composition rather than an articulated or interchangeable display. Miku’s pose, costume, hair, and overall silhouette are arranged to work together as a single visual piece, giving the figure a more expressive presentation than a simple neutral standing pose.

Riichu’s Punk! artwork gives Hatsune Miku a distinctly energetic appearance, with the figure using her pose and flowing twin-tails to create a strong sense of movement. The costume styling introduces a noticeably different attitude from Miku’s familiar performance outfits while keeping the overall character design cohesive and recognizable.

SEGA’s three-dimensional interpretation focuses on reproducing the detailed illustration while preserving the visual rhythm of the original pose. The combination of expressive body language, layered costume details, and the movement of Miku’s hair creates a silhouette that remains visually engaging from different display angles.

SEGA’s FIGURIZMα line focuses on expressive character presentation through sculpting, finishing, coloring, and overall composition. At approximately 20 × 23 cm overall, the Punk! version has enough presence to function as a focal point on a shelf or in a display case while remaining practical for prize-figure collections.

The fixed-pose format also makes it easy to display alongside other Hatsune Miku FIGURIZMα releases. Its punk-inspired identity creates a strong visual contrast with Miku figures based on softer seasonal, fantasy, or traditional costume themes, making it especially suitable for collectors building a varied Hatsune Miku display.

Keep the figure away from direct sunlight, excessive heat, and high humidity to help reduce the risk of discoloration or deformation over time. Display it on a stable, level surface and ensure the figure is securely positioned before long-term display. Remove dust gently with a soft brush, microfiber cloth, or low-pressure air blower instead of rubbing painted surfaces. Avoid using alcohol, solvents, abrasive cleaners, or other chemicals that may damage the finish. Handle the long twin-tails, costume edges, limbs, and other projecting details carefully when moving the figure. Keep the original packaging in a dry location for safer storage or transportation.
