While the monster Hunter PlayStation 5 controller arrived at my home, it was wrapped in bubble wrap and packing paper. If there was a chance to use foam to stop the side to side movement that would be five stars right there.

I've bought a few items from here now and they've always come in excellent condition. Sometimes boxes from Amazon turn up a little damaged but I've not once had that yet with Japan Figure. Great service. Reasonable time frame getting them from Japan to Europe. Great selection. Overall, excellent service.

I always try to use shipping protection with international shipments, Canada Post will use their own tracking number and not recognize the international number. The package virtually disappears when it leaves the departing country. My items did arrive safe and sound though.

I have not had to use the shipping protection as my orders have always arrived safely, but the cost of adding the protection is affordable and worth it considering the cost of my orders. I will use again.
