EU Orders: VAT Collected for All Orders & Duties Collected for Orders Over €150 from June 18, 2026

Starting June 18, 2026, VAT will be collected directly at checkout for all orders shipped to countries in the European Union.

For EU orders valued at €150 or more, applicable duties will also be collected directly at checkout.

This allows EU customers to see the full order cost before completing payment and helps avoid unexpected charges upon delivery.

Important Note for EU Orders Under €150 from July 1, 2026

For EU orders valued under €150 that were placed before July 1, 2026, if the package is cleared through customs on or after July 1, 2026, customers may be required to pay a customs-related fee of €3 per tariff line.

A tariff line refers to a unique customs tariff classification in a parcel. This means the fee is not charged per individual item. If an order includes multiple items under the same tariff classification, the fee is charged only once for that tariff line.

For example:

A parcel containing only apparel: €3
A parcel containing apparel, cosmetics, shoes, and jewelry: €12, because these items may fall under four different tariff lines

Canada Orders: Duties Collected from June 25, 2026

Starting June 25, 2026, duties for orders shipped to Canada will also be collected directly at checkout.

Customers can review all applicable charges before payment, making the checkout and delivery process smoother and more transparent.

Please check your order summary carefully before completing your purchase to confirm product prices, shipping fees, VAT, and duties where applicable.
